disappointed Aug 29, 2010 the first vase I received was beautiful but the tip was broken and so I sent it back and had to pay for shipping and insurance. I was very disappointed to not find a number to call so that I could speak with someone about my problems and to find that I had to pay another $25 for the defective product. today I received the replacement vase and I am very disappointed with the color, I do not plan on using this company again and I recommend against others using it as well.
really not satisfied Jul 22, 2010 The vase was beautiful when I saw it in the picture online. The only problem when I received it was that the top of it was smashed and broken in transport. I had to return it, pay for postage myself, and insure it myself. I really got the short end of the stick because I had to pay for all the shipping and insurance, and I still don't have a vase. I will no longer shop from this store because I doubt seriously that they can ship a product to me without it being damaged beyond repair in the transport.

The Vase you get for an Award Winning Flower Arranger Feb 06, 2010 I go this vase for my Grandmother for xmas. She is a several times over award winning flower arranger. Her favorite color is Purple, and She just oooohed and aaaahed over this vase. I would recommend it as a good value, excellently shipped for a finicky person's gift.
