Extremely durable! Mar 14, 2010 These bottles are built to last, and have survived many drops onto wood floors. We started with this size and moved up to 8 oz as our daughter grew up. This bottle fit on my Medela manual breast pump, so I could just pump right into the bottle. If you are at all concerned about health or safety, glass bottles are so much easier to clean, and you don't have to worry about hot water leaching chemicals out of them (like plastic). Since this is the small size, it's pretty much guaranteed that an adult will be holding it, so you don't really need to worry about breakage - unless you are a true "butter fingers" and routinely break other glassware in your house...

No leaking, no toxins, lightweight, just wonderful. With the thermal hugger they do not even break when our baby droppes a bottles on the tilefloor. I am thrilled!!

Great and unique Jan 27, 2008 These are great! They are not as thick as the Evenflo glass nurser bottles, but they are equal in quality in their own right. The designs withstand the dishwasher and are very individual; meaning nobody at the daycare/babysitters is going to confuse your child's milk with anybody elses. Important if you are breastfeeding or formula feeding. It has been mentioned that the measurments are a bit off...well...they are. I've found that they are measured according to European ounces, not American-not a big deal really, because it's only a half ounce, if that. If you are using Dr. Brown's Standard nursers because you can't find a BPA-free bottle, please consider these. I simply tossed the plastic Dr. Brown's bottle away and used the ring, nipple, vents, straw-thing, and cap with these. Works great..and no leaks. Of course, if you prefer, you can just use the soft silicone nipple provided. These really are cute. The pictures don't do them justice. Our daugher will ONLY take these or the Evenflo with slow flow silicone nipple..she's breastfed and is a GERD baby. BTW-these will fit on any standard neck breastpump (Medela, Ameda, Bailey, etc etc)
