 Poor Quality, Awful Customer Service... Feb 10, 2010
There's nothing "luxury" about this product - very poor quality and not true to size - the small fit me as if it were a medium to a large. On top of all this, I returned the item expecting a prompt refund, but when I called 5 days after I confirmed they received it, Luxury Lane's customer service very rudely told me to wait up to ten days... I specifically asked the woman WHEN I should call back and she told me Wednesday (ten days, not ten business days) so that's what I did, I called back today, Wednesday, and of course I am told it's ten BUSINESS days so now I have to wait until Friday. If I do not have my refund by Friday, I'm reporting this company to the BBB. Never again will I do business with this company, never ever again!

Am very pleased with this coat...great for walking in cold weather and very warm...I'm very pleased and will purchase another color....
