Returns & Exchanges

Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure that you made the right decision.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can either return the item or request an exchange within 30 days of the date of shipment. All refunds will be made to the original form of payment, less shipping charges. If you are returning an item for an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge. Unfortunately we do not reimburse shipping costs when shipping the product back to us for a return or exchange.
Our Return Process

Please note that all returned items must be in original, non-damaged, or new condition with no obvious signs of use. The items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Luxury Lane.
Items returned after 30 days may be subject to a reduced refund if not in its original vendor packaging, in salable condition and/or if the merchandise has been marked down in the intervening time period. A pick-up fee may apply to returns of large and/or heavy items.

Return Receipt Dispute
If for any reason that we do not receive the returned item, the customer must submit a proof of delivery.

How to Prepare a Return
To return an item to Luxury Lane, please follow our three step process:
Packing Your Return:
Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a certificate and that certificate is not returned, you will be charged a $250 replacement cost.

Completing your Packing Slip:
On the front of your packling slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange it, credit and price toward another Luxury Lane purchase, or receive a refund. Enclose your packing slip with the item.

Insure Your Package:
On your invoice, if the price of the item you are returning is listed as

o Less than $500: Ship via your preferred carrier insuring the package to the fullest value as listed on the invoice. Request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Luxury Lane *
o More than $500: Ship only via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insuring the package to the fullest value as listed on the invoice. Request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Luxury Lane. (FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500.)
