1 - Is it safe to use my credit card online?
When you send personal information such as your credit card number over the Internet, it is not readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. We use 128 bit encryption for 'super-secure' transmission. Many sites only use 40 bit encryption which has been shown to be relatively easy to break. Your browser will be in "secure mode" as you proceed to the online order form. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice the padlock icon on your browser window is in the locked position. This indicates that all information exchanged between you and our server is scrambled. This encryption/decryption process takes a little extra time, so you might notice some slowdown in your browser's response times.

2 - What if I’m not shipping to my billing address?
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order in a timely manner.

4 - How can I check my order status?
You can check the status of your order online using your email address and order number by clicking here. You can also contact our customer service department for inquiries on existing orders. Call 1-866-908-8688 or email your inquiry.

5 - Is there a charge for sales tax?
There is no charge for sales tax on all orders shipped outside the state of Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania customers are charged 6% sales tax.

6 - What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Bank wire. Please note: Some financial institutions charge a fee for using a bank wire.

A bank wire may take the bank up to seven business days to process. Your order will be on hold until the wire is approved by our bank.

We fully insure each outgoing shipment. That means that when your order in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free.

10 - Can I get items shipped to my P.O. Box address?
Yes, we can ship to a P.O. Box. In this case, please remember to select Standard Delivery as your desired method of delivery. We currently do not offer expedited shipping to a P.O. Box as Express Mail is not a guaranteed service. If the correct delivery method is not selected, we will override your designated delivery method to ensure proper delivery.

11 - Can you do international shipping? Do I have to pay customs charge?
We offer International Shipping via the U.S. Postal Service. Customs clearance charges are your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. If a shipment is refused because of customs clearance charges, you will not be issued a refund until the product arrives in our warehouse. We will not be held responsible for lost shipments in this case. Please click here to view international order procedures.

12 - How can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you need to make any changes to your order after it has been placed, please email our customer service center at customerservice@luxurylane.com . Please make sure to include your order number in the subject line for all email correspondence. Please note that your order can be changed or cancelled only up until the time your order is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you must follow the return procedures as specified in our Return Policy.

13 - How do I cancel an order if it has already been shipped?
You will have to return the merchandise. Please see our Return Policy. Please note that any returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment date.
