The type A-2 iconic style has been in service for over 70 years and continues to be the most sought after flight jacket. This modern take on the classic and timeless A-2 Flight Jacket embodies form following function. Featuring two front patch pockets with snap closure with additional separate side entry pockets making this Landing Leathers A-2 flight leather jacket more practical and accessible. An interior chest pocket offers secure storage. Vented underarm grommets provide the easy movement you'd expect in a military-issue. A snap down shirt-style collar, ribbed cuffs and hem are designed to protect the wearer from the wind. Box stitched epaulets run along the top of the shoulder. The rich color of the genuine goatskin leather is wonderfully offset with USA flag print designed lining.

How To Measure
Overarm: Measure over your arms at the highest point of the shoulder blades and the fullest part of arms. If the difference between the chest and the overarm measurement is greater than 7 inches, order the next larger size.
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping tape up under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep your arms relaxed.
Waist: Measure around waist where you normally wear your pants (measure over shirt, but not over slacks or belt).
Neck (Collar): Take a well-fitting dress shirt, lay the collar flat and measure from center of neck button to beginning of buttonhole.
Sleeve: With forearm parallel to chest, measure from back and center of neck around the elbow to the wrist bone. You can also use a well-fitting shirt, fold at center of shoulder and measure the same as above.
